		<description>My word is &quot;actualization,&quot; as in finally making progress on all the things that have been pending for awhile.  I have a lot of projects that are just on the verge of being successful.  Problem is, they are always just on the verge of being successful. Time to change that! I actually started out with two words, a la Chris Brogan, but I the simplicity of being able to focus on just one idea better.  Thanks for the great idea!</description>
