Your new name: THE SMOOTHIE QUEEN! Love this video, and I must second you on the Vitamix. Next to our home, it’s the best investment I’ve ever made (oh, and other than working with you, of course;)

Jason Vale – Watch out. You have tough competition here. Fab video Christine, had to watch it twice as kept missing some of the detail due to the disclaimers. Going shopping this afternoon now to work on my triangle. XX

Ha, I love this!

I have a little problem with not liking smoothies (I want to! I’m working on it!) but watching this video has made me determined to try again, making my own instead of just what other people have handed me. Not only does this look like it makes an amazing smoothie, but it was hilarious to watch.

Great video!!

Tonya – I prefer “leading authority” to “queen.” (I come from a family of academics – so being a “leading authority” held much more weight than a mere crown!) :-)

Clare – yes, i expect all kinds of nominations for this video. any minute now…

Vrinda – i think liking smoothies is all about finding your own way to make them. there are LOTS of smoothies out there that i’ve tossed in big trash bins.

furiousball – okay!

Christine, that’s the cutest instructional video on smoothie-making I’ve ever seen! Oh wait, it’s the only one I’ve seen;) Either way, completely entertaining and well done…I was smiling throughout the whole thing! I’ve been thinking of getting a Vita Mix, especially as the weather is getting warmer and I’m planning on having lots of green juices, chilled soups, and healthy smoothies. I’ll refer back to your video for the last one…to ensure I’m not making an inferior smoothie!

Oh, how many ways are there to say thank you!? Thank you! Thank you ever so much! Thanks a million! Thanks again. And many more thanks!
The part about the powders was extra helpful.
Didn’t know freezing fruit was not such I good idea. I freeze mine all the time. Ooops.
I love that you mentioned my name in your acknowledgement of the facebook friends & fans who requested you recipe & wanted to know your methodology.
And again, one final THANKS Christine.

I already have mastered your “Yummiest Greens Ever” recipe and looking forward to trying out this one. However we don’t have a Vitamix – the blender will have to do. And with spring here now, well fresh berries from our local farms aren’t too far away…..then we’re really talking!

joy wanted to watch this again cuz she so enjoyed it the first time.
she let me watch it with her.
i just want to know if you’d consider coming up with a smoothie for cats.
(in your spare time, of course.)

p’nut says to tell you she’d volunteer to be your taste tester.

Okay Christine… I thought I was the world’s leading authority on smoothies, but I have to hand you my witch’s hat. ;)

This was an awesome video! And thanks so much for educating everyone on not using dairy, or sweet juice as their liquid. That’s one of the things I see all the time that makes me cringe.

Oh, and if you want to pump up the greens and make it a green smoothie, I won’t tell. ;) Yum yum!

Fan-freaking-tastic! Thank you!!! I, too, had to watch twice to catch the disclaimers plus the instructions! I know you must put more than two leaves in though, right? Can’t wait to get home Monday and try it out!

Christine, Love the video (so cute)! I’ve been a big fan of green smoothies for a couple of years now (but I’m a Blendtec girl)! Always a fan & would love for you to share more of your healthful “meal” ideas. (Especially if you have any tips for eating this way while traveling). Thanks!

Hi Christine:

Very cool and informative video. I haven’t had a smoothie in a long time and I’m salivating just thinking about them. I’ve had a lot of post-workout smoothies, but because I don’t think I drink enough water in the morning, I bet it would be a good thing for me. In any case, I think you did a great job writing and performing in the video…I really enjoyed the music, too. Good stuff!

Thanks everyone! (This was truly just a fun little video i created to practice some of my video-making skills (and procrastinate while being creative!))

Glad you liked it!

I think if you made an entire video of disclaimers, it would be one of the funniest things ever.
No joke.

This is pretty close to how I make smoothies, minus the healthfulness of yours. (My smoothies aren’t intended to be anything other than a fruity, non-beneficial dessert. LOL) Good tips for goodness-loaded breakfasts, though! :D
