Christine and Team Uplevel are real people… not automatons, recordings or droids. (Though we sometimes wonder about Dain, our web guy.)

With that said, we’re here waiting excitedly for your questions, comments, high-fives, challenges and general reports of well-being. Upleveling is all about having a soulful happy life and business – so we keep our hours in the general range of 9 – 5 EST. (But hey, sometimes we get a little jiggy and send an after-hours response. You just never know.)

We are definitely not here on holidays or weekends… mostly because the boss-lady says she’ll fire us if we work too much.

We always try to respond to your requests within 24 hours…and we trust that you can do the math if a holiday or weekend day is involved. (Though if you’re like many of our peeps, math isn’t your strong suit. We still believe in you!)

The return policies are determined by the program or item you have purchased. Please note the programs below:

Physical Products: (Binders, Handouts, Programs, etc.)

Uplevel Your Life: You may return your item within 28 days for a full refundAll items must be returned in new resalable condition to our distribution center and not to our home office for proper credit.

Please follow the instructions below. If you do not follow the instructions, it is possible that your return may not be received or you may experience a prolonged delay in the processing of your return.

Please click on our return form (link) and follow all the directions. Once we have received your return request within 28 days of purchase you will be assigned a return authorization number. This number must be written on the return form, (which you must enclose in your package), and should also appear on the outside of your package on the shipping label.

The return form will contain the correct mailing address for your return and you will also be able to print a shipping label to attach to the outside of your package.

The shipping form does not provide postage. You must weigh the package and affix the proper postage. You may ship via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. We highly recommend you purchase tracking for your package. This is for your protection to validate that you did return the item.

You can expect to receive credit to your credit card, bank account or PayPal once we receive acknowledgement of the receipt of your return. Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, 3-4 days for it to appear on your PayPal account, or 3-4 days for your bank account. Refunds are processed daily on the days that customer service is open.

CD/DVD :No refunds are allowed on these purchases. However, if the item is damaged in transit, or does not play correctly – please contact our customer service department for an exchange. This exchange request must be done within 14 days of purchase.

Digital Products:

As soon as your payment is verified in our system, you gain access to your program. (You will also receive an email from us stating your payment has been processed.)

Please contact our customer service department if you experience problems downloading your materials, we will be happy to assist you in solving the problem.

If however, you decide that the program is not right for you, you may cancel your program within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not provide refunds past 28 days.

Please click on our return form and follow the instructions for the digital products. Once we have approved your return request form we will be happy to process your return.

Uplevel Academy:

In compliance with your application and contract, there are no refunds for Gold, Gold Elite, or Platinum programs.
