I forgot to say… Christine, your Comeback podcast has helped me enormously lately. When you first put it out, I kept thinking, nah, this isn’t for me, I don’t need to be gentle on myself, I should have got over _____ by now. But it’s hit me recently how much it’s holding me back still, and how much I’m working hard to numb the pain. When you said, ‘I have so much on my plate right now’, but actually the problem/trauma, ‘that’s what’s on your plate’. It helped me a lot to remember to put my self care first again. Thanks again.
